I’m Thummala Praveen Kumar, a dedicated Process Engineer with over 5 years of experience specializing in Statistical Process Control (SPC), workflow automation, and data analysis. Currently based in Ontario, Canada, I’ve successfully led process optimization projects in various manufacturing settings, including VueReal and Rochling Engineering Plastics, where I improved production yields, reduced defects, and optimized manufacturing efficiency.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and process simulation software, I’ve contributed to projects focusing on equipment operations, quality assurance, and process monitoring. My expertise also spans statistical analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration, always aiming to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
